Running Sendify across client accounts
Sendify is built for agencies running multiple client accounts. Each client needs its own configuration: line capacity, AI, CRM connection, calendars, and its own launch test before traffic starts.
Account structure
Install the integration at the agency level, not inside a single client sub account, and allow the app to install automatically into new sub accounts you create. Then use connect locations to pull your client list in and enable only the sub accounts you actually run Sendify for.

Lines per client
Give each client dedicated line capacity rather than sharing a pool. Sizing works exactly as it does for a single business, per client: how many lines do I need.
Watch each client's daily usage separately. One client's paid campaign burst should never eat another client's capacity.
One AI per client
Each client needs their own prompt, knowledge, offer, qualification questions, and calendar. Where your account supports importing or cloning an existing AI configuration, start from your best performing setup and then rewrite the client specific parts.
What must be client specific
- Company information and knowledge base
- Offer, pricing, and canonical facts
- Qualification questions
- Calendars and representatives
- CRM fields, tags, and notification recipients
Launching a client
- 1
Connect the client's sub account
Enable it from connect locations.
- 2
Build or clone the AI
Then replace every client specific detail.
- 3
Connect the client's calendar
Confirm availability and the right representative.
- 4
Run the launch checklist
Every client gets their own end to end tests, no exceptions.
- 5
Go live and watch week one
Check response rate, usage, and failures daily at first.
