Getting started with Sendify

There are two ways to run Sendify. Pick the one that matches how your leads live today, then follow that path top to bottom.

Pick your path

Not sure?

If leads already live in GoHighLevel and your team works out of GoHighLevel every day, take option 1. If a developer is going to send leads from something you built or bought, take option 2 and read the Sendify Direct overview.

  1. 1

    Connect GoHighLevel

Install the Sendify app from the Integrations tab at the level you operate at, then connect your locations.

  2. 2

    Create and configure your AI

Set the name, role, tone, prompt, rules, scenarios, knowledge, and qualification questions.

  3. 3

    Configure initial messaging

Write the first message and its variations. Short, one idea, ending on a question.

  4. 4

    Connect your calendar

Point the AI at the calendar it should book on and confirm availability shows correctly.

  5. 5

Create the workflow or tag automation

In GoHighLevel, assign the representative and fire Sendify at the moment you want the first message to go out.

  6. 6

    Send a test contact through

Use your own number and watch the contact, the assignment, the line, and the AI.

  7. 7

    Confirm the conversation

Reply as a lead. Check qualification, booking, follow ups, and that your CRM updates.

  8. 8

    Go live

Point real lead volume at the same workflow.

    Generate your API credentials

Create your Sendify Direct sub account and copy its API key from the API docs screen.

  2. 2

    Create and configure your AI

Same builder as everyone else: prompt, rules, scenarios, knowledge, qualification, follow ups.

  3. 3

Configure Lead Configuration if you need it

This is where leads coming from your own CRM get distributed across reps and lines.

  4. 4

    Configure your lines and assignments

Decide which representatives and which lines carry which leads.

  5. 5

Send one test lead through the API

Push a single contact with your own phone number and watch it land.

  6. 6

    Confirm routing

Right contact, right representative, right line, right AI.

  7. 7

    Confirm the conversation

Reply as a lead, then check your outbound webhook events land in your system.

  8. 8

    Go live

Turn on your production lead feed.

Before you go live

Whichever path you took, run the launch checklist and send a few complete test conversations end to end. It is far cheaper to find a broken calendar link on a test lead than on a real one.
